CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that emergencies, unexpected sickness & events can occur at any time. I respectfully ask that you please give notice at least 48 hours in advance. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment time with no charge. In the event of a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice your card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service, in the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice your card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. In the event of a no call no show your card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. The cancellation policy allows time to inform any clients awaiting availability, as well as keeping the schedule filled, thus servicing everyone.
